Privacy Policy
The short version: if you contact us, we use what you send to reply to you and to follow up about the work you asked about. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, and we delete it after two years unless you're still working with us. Ask and we'll delete it sooner.
1. Who we are
This policy covers zyrven.com, operated by Zyrven LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Zyrven," "we," "us," or "our"). It explains what information we collect through this website, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
What you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business email address
- Your business name (optional)
- Anything you write in your message
If you email us directly, we collect your email address and whatever your message contains.
What's collected automatically. When you visit the site or submit the form, some technical information is processed:
- IP address and approximate country, used to protect the form from spam and abuse and to limit how often it can be submitted. The country is included with your form submission.
- Bot-protection signals. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser characteristics to tell people from automated bots.
- Page-view statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate (for example, pages viewed, referring site, browser type, and country). It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
We don't ask for payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information through this website. Please don't include them in your message.

4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business. They handle your information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers form submissions to us by email. It also provides security, bot protection (Turnstile), and page-view analytics (Web Analytics).
- Google Workspace provides our business email, where form submissions and emails you send us are received.
- Acquisity is the customer relationship management (CRM) system where we keep inquiries and track our follow-up with you.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others. If Zyrven is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. It stays protected by this policy.
5. How long we keep it
We keep information from inquiries and our correspondence with you for two years from our last contact with you, then delete it. If you become a client, information needed for that relationship is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and as long as the law requires afterward. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 8).
Page-view statistics are kept in aggregate and don't identify you.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our page-view analytics don't use cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser only to verify that a real person is submitting the form.
7. How we protect it
Security is what we do, and we apply the same standards to our own systems:
- The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- The contact form is protected by bot verification, rate limiting, and strict validation
- Access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond to you
- We use reputable providers with strong security practices
No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct information that's inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop following up with you
Email info@zyrven.com with your request. We'll confirm we received it and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we'll honor them.
9. Children
This website is meant for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Other websites
This website may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with its effective date. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on the website.
